Whisting wheel with 3 drivers that give color flames and whistles. This wheel must be attached to a post or ladder. It cannot operated on its own. A nail is supplied and is taped on to one of the drivers. Remove the nail and push it through the center of the wheel, and hammer it on to a tall, support before lighting it.
