Squeeze the bag to break the inner capsule, set it down and it inflates then pops. Safe and non-pyrotechnic; it uses vinegar and baking soda to achieve the effect. It usually takes from 15 seconds up to 1 minute to blow up. The bag warns that it can take up to 20 minutes to blow up, so be patient! We recommend that you do this on dirt, rocks or grass. If you do this on pavement, you may be cleaning up dried baking soda off the pavement later.
